We strive to respond to all after-sales inquiries within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed within 5-8 business days of receiving the returned goods.

2. Return and Exchange Period

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

For the US and EU:

- Product quality issues: (e.g., damage, defect, receiving the wrong item) We cover all return or exchange shipping costs. If you choose an exchange, we will resend the correct or replacement item free of charge.

- Non-quality issues: (e.g., dislike, size issue, style mismatch) You can return or exchange within 30 days. We cover all return or exchange shipping costs. (Confirmation Required)

For Other Countries:

- Product Quality Issues: (e.g., damage, defect, receiving the wrong item) We cover all return or exchange shipping costs. If you choose an exchange, we will resend the correct or replacement item free of charge.

- Non-Quality Issues: (e.g., dislike, size issue, style mismatch) You can return or exchange items within 30 days. However, you will need to bear the international shipping costs to our US/China return warehouse. (Confirmation Required)

- We are actively optimizing our local return solutions for other countries.

4. Return Policy

To ensure a smooth refund process, please ensure the returned item meets the following conditions:

- Original packaging intact (including dust bag, gift box, and labels)

- All product labels and tags are intact and attached

- No signs of use (no scratches, stains, or alterations)

- Note: Returns that affect resale value are not eligible for refunds. Thank you for your understanding.


5. Warranty

- Warranty Period: 12 months

- Warranty Policy: Free repair service within 12 months. If the problem is caused by a product defect, we will cover the shipping costs; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

- Lifetime Replacement: Some parts are eligible for free lifetime replacement. (Requires confirmation)

- Beyond 12 months: All repair costs and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
