International Shipping:
We offer worldwide international shipping. roselessrose offers free shipping on orders over $100 worldwide; orders under $100 incur a $30 shipping fee.
Shipping Time:
After receiving your order, our warehouse team will process it within one business day. However, some bags may need to be sourced from different warehouses. Due to international shipping distance regulations, please allow us a maximum of 72 hours to ship. (Except for pre-sale items)
International Delivery Time:
No matter where you are, we strive to deliver your desired bag quickly. Therefore, we cooperate with various logistics companies. The approximate delivery times for different logistics companies are as follows:

International Customs Duties and Taxes:
Customs duties and related fees are borne by the recipient. Customs duties and fees for international orders vary depending on the country and order amount, and the specific amount depends on the destination country's tax rate and valuation method.
Tracking Number:
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order is ready to ship, the tracking number will be sent via another email. Please wait at least 12 hours before checking the tracking status for updates.
Delayed Delivery:
In the event of delayed delivery, roselessrose will do its best to assist you in receiving your package as quickly as possible. However, delays caused by the courier company or customs clearance delays will also be addressed.
Lost Package:
For delivery or tracking number issues, the quickest solution is to contact the logistics company directly. Sometimes carriers will mark packages as "delivered" in advance or require you to provide additional information to complete the delivery.
