We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you are free to request a return within 7 days of receipt. Please follow the return process steps below.
Send email to roseless.info@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number, we will provide the return address after we approve your return request. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Please write down your order number on a piece of paper and put it in the package. Simply attach the label to the package and drop off with the carrier within 3 days.
Please note that a shipping label fee of $22 USD will be deducted from the refund. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Please ensure the product you return is in its original condition with the product care card, invoice and packaging include carton box, dust bags, chain wrapped etc. (except returns for damage or flaw reasons).
