Shape Features: The bag has a pillow-shaped structure, which is soft but not collapsible. The side panels are inspired by the corner folding technique of travel bags, making the overall look more relaxed and reducing the heavy feeling and weight of the upper body of the bag. - Warranty Policy: Free repair service within 12 months. If the problem is caused by a product defect, we will cover the shipping costs; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
- Lifetime Replacement: Some parts are eligible for free lifetime replacement. (Requires confirmation)
- Beyond 12 months: All repair costs and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We offer worldwide international shipping. roselessrose offers free shipping on orders over $100 worldwide; orders under $100 incur a $30 shipping fee.
Shipping Time:
After receiving your order, our warehouse team will process it within one business day. However, some bags may need to be sourced from different warehouses. Due to international shipping distance regulations, please allow us a maximum of 72 hours to ship. (Except for pre-sale items)
